Meet Petra
I’m Petra, and I’m honored to be a guide on your wellness journey. I have decades of experiences as a fitness professional, and I am a certified personal trainer.
I started teaching these classes because I saw that the specific physical fitness needs of mature women were not being adequately met: Mobility; endurance; strength; balance.
As we age, we lose strength and range of motion. My classes are designed to improve your fitness level while decreasing stress with guided imagery meditation and breath-work.
